End of the day / complaining

7th period was something. I got called a "cutie patootie" (affectionately) by one of our classmates. After that, people were just very loud and I didn't like it. Neither did Leon who is in our partner sys. Especially the people who clapped obnoxiously loud after presentations. It wasn't the usual clapping after presentations, it was the loud and sharp kind. It just hurt my ears, is all. Our presentation went well though and we received the highest score you could make.
On a different note, on my way home the bus was late. It was fine, it wasn't a huge time difference but the bus driver stopped hard and turned fast. It quite literally threw most of the people around on the bus. It was a bit of a hectic end of the day but at least we are off for a week. On a much more positive note, we work tomorrow at 5:30PM so we should be getting paid at least $50 for that. It's not too much but it's always nice to have an extra $50 on hand.
On yet another positive note, Leon is feeling a bit better now. He went down to the pond with his host's little sister. I'm glad he got to go since he's been saying he wanted to go for a while now. Hopefully I'll get to see him over the break. I'll take him on the greenbelt like I promised him I would. The greenbelt is a long stretch of land that takes just about an hour to walk if you're not in a hurry. Usually people throw some of their neat garbage back there. The last few times we went back there we found, a skateboard, a trampoline, a fridge, five chairs, and the back part of a car. I hope we find something neat while we're back there. it's fine if we don't but it never hurts to hope.
-Sincerely, Ada
